The Makita® 7 Inch high-power angle grinder is built with 15 Amp motor and large commutator bars which offer enhanced performance output and speed of 8500 RPM. It features a sturdy aluminum gear housing which ensures trouble free gear alignment and durability. This compact grinder is 17-3/4 Inch long and weighs 11.7 lbs for comfortable and ease of usage. It has a power switch with lock-off, lock-on and anti-restart feature as well as a rear handle trigger switch with lock-off feature, that needs two actions to start the grinder. Designed with spiral bevel gears that offer effortless rotations and optimum energy transfer. Labyrinth construction, zig zag epoxy coated armature coil, powder coated field and automatic brush cut-off feature safeguards the motor and bearings from dust, debris and damages as well as ensures long lasting usage. Comes with a rubberized back handle and vibration absorbing side handle for user convenience. This grinder has a large spindle lock button for convenient wheel changing and has a brush spiral spring for optimum air-flow. It features a brush door for convenient replacement of brushes and serial number identification label protection. This product comes with a grinding wheel, wheel guard, side handle, inner flange, lock-nut and a wrench.
